Transport & Accommodation
THE WEDDING
If you are local please ensure that you pre-book a taxi to and from Flaxton Gardens as there are no Ubers / taxis up on the range. If you are travelling from overseas / interstate please look at accommodations in Montville (Hinterlands) or Maroochydore (Beach) and we will arrange for group transfers to & from a central location in each town to get you to and from the wedding. Further details will follow closer to the date.
THE AFTER PARTY
If you are local we will have parking & camping available at the farm. Please let us know if you will require a camping spot. If you are travelling from overseas / interstate please pre-book a taxi to & from the address provided. If you are struggling to arrange transport to & from your accommodation please let us know and we will do our best to help you organise it.
Other Important Information
If you are lucky enough to look underage please remember to bring your ID along. Flaxton Gardens reserve the right to refuse service to anyone they believe to look under 25.
If you are unable to attend we will be arranging for a live stream of the ceremony for you. If you would like to be able to view the live stream please select this option on your RSVP so that we can email you the link nearer the date.
Please ensure you RSVP by the date requested. Final numbers will be due with the venue shortly after this date & we will need to finalise transport arrangements.
One of the many reasons we have chosen Flaxton Gardens as our wedding venue is because this is where Lara works. A large portion of her friends are staff at Flaxtons & will be working on the night of our wedding. We know you're all awesome but please make sure you treat the staff with respect & feel free to drag them up for a quick boogie throughout the night!
Wedding photos will be posted to the wedding gallery once they have been released. Please share photos you take throughout the day and if posting to social media please use #BeautyNTheBeatzWedding so we can see all of your awesome snaps!
Lastly, when it comes to gifts... the most important part of this day to us is you! Your presence is our present. We know a lot of our guests are travelling from far away and even if you're not having to travel that far, this year is already tight for a lot of people so please don't stress yourselves over getting us gifts.
